New member with misfires
I did a search and it looks like th dealer screwed up by detailing under the hood before delivering my new to me '00 5.4 Lariat extended cab. Sales manager says to drive it for a while before bringing it back, otherwise they'll take care of it.
Fortunately it's driving fine now and stopped misfiring after 100 miles, but the check engine light is still on. If it doesn't go out I'm bringing it in this weekend.
After upgrading from a 93 Nissan standard cab it's really nice to be in a full sized truck with room for my girl and my 55lb dog. Looking forward to spending time here.
