kind of hoping...

i was really hoping it would be an injector , but it doesnt matter , as i have secured mechanical help within a cousin this saturday. so no matter what it is , it will be fixed... now to find a flareside.

All Done!

well i love my ford. i really really really love her.

turns out the top o-ting on said wet injector had a small slice taken out of the outer round , and i figure this was the main cause of my problem.

i must say this wasnt easy , but it wasnt a hard job. It was more frustrating that there was a nice pipe going from exhause to intake that had a lovely +1" nut that i couldnt get off , so i had to wiggle the fuel rail around to get to the o-ring , and once i gotto it i noticed the slice. If it wasnt for that pipe thing , it would have been one of the easiest things ive ever touched as far as injectors go.

after i got it all back together , i ran it for a min , and the CEL was still on. that worried me , but the ol' disconnect for a few minutes did the trick.

i do however still have a bit of what i would call a wobble in the motor in the low rpm range... not really a stumble , and definately not a miss , but just a little wobble... any clues if i could have fouled a plug ? or what may cause this?

thank you guys so much
i love my for! i love you guys!

I think a Chiltons (Haynes other name) would be the best place to start. You will also need some common sense with the Chilton.
