VCT sensor oil leak

There is an oil leak on one of the VCT sensors in my ´05 F150 5.4 L 3 valve engine. Does anyone know how to take this sensor apart to change the o-ring that seals the oil in?

Thanks for the info...

Where is it leaking? There's an O-ring seal in the valve cover that can be replaced, but if it's leaking through the connector, you need a new VCT oil valve body assembly.

Remove the valve cover, knock the old seal out, knock the new one in. If this is the passenger's side, you'll have to evacuate the A/C and move some lines around to get the room to snake the valve cover out.
