My 1997 f150 5.4 will crank over,but will not start. I have replaced all fuses and relays. I can not hear the fuel pump run with the new relay installed,but I can hear the fuel pump running when I jump the relay with a test wire. I am not getting much pressure when I bleed the fuel rail, but there is a small amount of fuel. I have tapped on the tank with a rubber mallet and sprayed starting fluid in the throttle body and it will almost start, but not idle. Any Ideas??
