i noticed this morning that my RPMs were hight for like 5-10 mins when i started my truck what is the normal RPMs fro a 2005 stock f150 anybody know

I've got an 05. When I first start it it will rev up to over 1000 to get the engine warmed up but will drop after a few minutes. How high is your truck reving? I can check it out when I head home and see what my RPM's are
