ok so i really want a new engine i was thinkin a turbo or super but i would rather go n/a to get my power.i have a 2002 5.4 liter 4x4 with the 4r70w transmission. i was wondering if anyone knew a engine i could swap out to get around 350 at the wheels?or would be going with heads vcams and building up the 5.4 i have be cheaper? thanks

 

they make a supercharger for the 5.4 that goes on the lightning right?? either that or the 4.6 dohc cobra motor? or shove a v10 in there.
