After Headers Problems

OK, So after the Install, I am getting an *** load of codes. Can anyone tell me what they may mean...

443, 453, 1451, 135, 155, 1409

These were after deleting all codes on the OBDII Scanner. They immediately popped back up.

Ideas, suggestions, on what they could be from, and how to correct them??

Also....another problem I am having, is a fuse blowing under the hood....I noticed it while I was looking for a fuse that may be causing the A/C to not work also.

The owners manual says: (for the fuse that keeps blowing)
Powertrain Control Module, HEGO Sensor, Canister Vent

P0135 - HO2 Sensor Circuit Malfunction(HO2S-11)
P0155 - HO2 Sensor Circuit Malfunction(HO2S-21)
P0443 - Evap Control System Canister Purge Valve Circuit Malfunction
P0453 - FTP Sensor Circuit High Voltage detected
P1409 - EVAP Control System Canister Vent Solenoid Circuit Malfunction
P1451 - EVAP Control System Canister Vent Solenoid Circuit Malfunction

I need to know which engine so I can look up the schematics. All these codes have a common symptom and that is circuit shorted to veh power.
Did you move the Front O2 sensors or the wires? A short could cause all these.

Thats crazy. Did you install the O2 sensors right? I have headers on my 5.4, I cut the converters off and I havent had a code go off at all. Ive been running like this for about a little over a year now.

Didja pinch a wire somewhere during the install?

Troubleshooting 101:
- Was it working before you messed with it?
- Is it working after you messed with it?

If #1 = YES, and #2 = NO, then go back and check your work. . .

BTW - here's a link to a page where you can look up OBDII Codes as well as learn about the "Drive Cycle" on your Ford...

Let us know what you find out!

The codes 135 and 155 are oxygen sensor heater circuits in fault.
The 1409 is an (egr) EVR circuit fault.
You have a major harness fault.

That is why I want to know the vehicle engine size. I believe that all these circuits share the same power source. If one of the O2 sensor heaters shorted it could cause this. The only thing common to a header install is the fact that the front O2 sensors are located near, or possibly in the, header collector.
