Weird Idle Problem?! VIDEO

Hey guys.

I'm having a weird problem with idle when I'm in gear. Like when coming to a stop my RPM's will drop to 400-500 and just kind of sit there. But in park it idles around 700 pretty even, even if the compressor is on it doesn't change it much. What could this be linked to? I replaced my IAC and fuel filter not too long ago, And just cleaned the MAF with electrical contact cleaner as well as my air filter.

I have a video of what it is doing to give you further insight on what the problem is. Link is here...

Thanks...

edit: Also... I did have a Service Engine soon light come on and after I replaced my PCV hose I unplugged the battery and it hasn't came on since. Codes PO171 and PO174 (System too lean) in both banks...

Idle speed is always a bit lower in gear since there's added drag from the transmission on the engine.

My internet connection at home sucks right now, I'll look at your video tomorrow when I get to work.

I had the same problem with one of mine. I think they sad it has to do with the coast clutch dragging while stopped. It's supposed to disengage fully when you are coasting and when you are stopped in gear.

Having my tranny flushed cleared it up for me, for about 3 years, then another flush cleared it up again.

Alright, I'll do that when I get home and see how it plays out. Hopefully some place will have the gasket so I don't have to wait! (Don't feel like making my own/ using that gasket sealer crap)

Anything else?
