HELIX Throttle Body Spacer Ford F150

Does anyone have one of these are know if they work? What will i be expecting to see in improvements in MPG's with one of these on there?

It dosn't do anything but make some extra noise.
It's purely physics related, why these things don't work on fuel injected engines.

You can port a couple holes in the side and use it as a NITRO feed. lol
