I was wondering if anyone that has put on a flex-a-lite has any info on mileage improvements.... and specificallly on an 04 f150 5.4

 

I would say at most 1-2 mpg's improved under ideal circumstances, but really you'll notice kick in the *** a bit more. Also is colder A/C but all in all it is just noticed on all items mentioned. Heading into winter, faster warm ups will be a bonus too! I love em, cool new toys for the truck make me happy, plus they draw attention bieng kinda loud
