Manufacturer specific codes

97 F150 5.4 4x4 getting manufacturer specific codes P1131 & P1132
What do they mean, truck seems to run fine with the engine light on.
Only thing I have done to the truck is install a airforce 1 filter and intake system. Truck now has some ***** when I need it.
Any help about the codes would be greatly appreciated

They are both Ox sensor codes. One lean, one rich.
Did the new air intake upset the mass air metering calibration?
Been known to happen.
Your likely running open loop with more fuel as the reason it feels a little more responsive.
Gas mileage should be worse than what it was, from open loop conditions.

Sorry, I went out to eat dinner.
I couldn't tell you if the intake is the problem or if the ox sensors will fix the problem.
The codes are only the results of a fault and not what to replace.
Look for an air leak (unaccounted for air) between the mass air sensor and the throttle body.
Besure the mass air is plugged up to the air meter.
You have to eliminate one area at a time.
Good luck.
