F150 4.6 V8 needs more power

I am looking for help with my F150 4X4 STX 4.6 V8

What can I do to get some more power out of this engine ???

Don't want to lose gas mileage if possible.

My mods are posted in my sig, but I have an Edge Evo tuner that is probably the most effective of my mods. K&N Air Filter and magnaflow exhaust help as well...

If you really want to wake it up, then get one of the tuners that can be loaded with custom tunes for your truck. Then air intake and exhaust system will top it off. Take a look in the computer chips/tuners area of this site for Troyer Performance. Get the number and call Mike. He will answer any questions you may have, and set you up with what you need to get that 4.6 running much stronger.

With 120$ and some time with wrenches, i can beat 5.4L's now

40$ exaust installed
70$ K&N
removed silencer
6$ Modded fender inlet
Gutted precats
P&P TB/Plenum (just traded parts for those)

well ive beaten a stock 5.4 so he would pull just a tad more then that. I may need more mods to keep up with him, but hes also got 10x what ive put into my truck. Ive done 120$ in total "performance" mods. So i think im not doin too bad compared to someone that has around 1300 in performance stuff.

and hes got lower effective gear ratio with his smaller tires. hes running an estimated 3.90 gear ratio. And im on stock tire size with 3.55

I also had just filled up on gas, and had my 85-100lb tool box with me And of course, my heavy sub box with 2 12s its probably around 120lbs
