Hey guys, new Ford owner and first time truck owner . Had a few questions about the truck, I've been doing a lot of reading for the past week on this forum about mods and issues with the F150's but i noticed that no one talks about a FFV (Flex fuel). Do i need to be concerned with upgrades and tunners with having a FFV or is everything the same?

 

a tuner probably, but bolt on mods, nope.
