2006 6.0 PSD head gasket

2006 6.0 PSD head gasket

I have been getting crap about my new truck with people saying the 6.0 PSD head gaskets will go out on me...whats the deal with this? is there truth to this? Kinda ticks me off I never heard of this until pro-chevy people talkin' crap.

Please advise.

From what I've heard the 6.0 has less head studs than the old 7.3, which makes them a little more prone to blowing a head gasket BUT ONLY if you start MODing it. in stock form it should be fine and even when people mod it they are still ok. I don't think you need to get to concerned over it . But if you go to www.thedieselstop.com and there forums you can get a better and more accurate answer.
