What year? If it is an EFI motor, you will have to make the decision to stick with an efi system, or go back to carbed.

I had an 83 with MAC Headers, Offy DP Intake, Crane Cam, and Holley 390 Spreadbore with Vac secondaries. Losts of power, and better gas mileage if you stayed out of it. More torque, and this motor pulled hard to 5500 RPM! Surprise quite a few stock 350's and 351's.

Take a look at Clifford Research. Pretty sure the Offy is no longer sold, and not sure on the MAC headers. Clifford has both, plus they offer their own EFI system. Good luck! You'll be happy with it!
