As i understand it a bad MAF sensor is bad news bears, i dont know all the specific codes but i do know how sensitive the things are and that they can never be cleaned b/c even the slightest oil from your hands can sufficate it and make it think the engine is not intaking air. However I'am NOT AN EXPERT and im sure there is someone who can answer ur ? in 1/8 of my words.

There's a MAF cleaner that a lot of people like to use here; I can't remember what it is called but if you search "dirty MAF" or "MAF cleaner" you should be able to find the right stuff as well as directions for use.

It’s very easy to clean you MAF, go to Rat Shack and get a good elect cleaner. One that does not leave an oil film and evaporates quickly. Spray the little wire clean and let dry

Very unlikely. Almost always the O2 sensor is weak/tired/lazy.

Brake parts cleaner works well for cleaning MAF filaments. Just spray it and let it dry.
