Water Pump Pulley Removal

2000 F150 5.4

I'm am trying to remove my water pump pulley. I have removed the fan and the four bolts that appear to be holding the pulley on, but it does not come off. I have both the Haynes and Chilton manuals. Neither indicates there are any extra steps. Is there more to it than just removing the four bolts? Does this require a pulley puller? Maybe someone who has installed underdrive pulleys will know?

Thanks

Corrosion. Use Penetrating oil and a pry bar and pry it off from behind.
