Code 23 and Code 63

Ok I have a 1989 F150 5.0L. I didt the whole self test thing and the codes I got were code 23: TP sensor out of self test range, and code 63: TP circut below minium voltage. OK first question, What is a TP sensor?? And would it cause the engine to bogg down when it starts?? And where can I find this TP sensor??
Sorry for all the questions I'm only sixteen tryin to get my truck back to running order.

Thanks

TP sensor= Throttle position sensor... I believe it is on the throttle body, near the throttle linkage.

TP is throttle position sensor. ON the mustang 5.0, it was on top of the TB. Two phillips head screws (which strip easily) and one two prong connector.
