Hi All
I'm new to this forum and a Mustang owner.
I have a custom 8 rib pulley system on my Stang and need to get a PS pump pulley from the wreckers. (My custom pulley went for a sh*t and I'm going to put a stock pulley on)
I understand some of the F150's and Ford trucks come with the 8 rib system. What years/models can I have the wrecking yard look for?

Well my 98' has the 8 rib. I think it was just hit and miss on which one has it, I could be wrong.

 

most trucks have 8 rib very few use the 6 rib i think the romeo truck engines use 6 rib

 

My 97 Romeo has an 8 rib. It does have towing package and by extension HD alternator, so those may be a factor.
