2006 F-150 5.4L 4X4 Stumble/Stalling

Hey everyone, new to the forums and need some help with my new truck? Purchased a 2006 F-150 5.4L 4X4 SuperCrew and ever since day one I have had a hesitation/stumble on throttle tip-in when I have to get out of the gas and get back into it. I would swear if this thing had a carb it is going lean for a split second. The other thing I noticed is that it only happens when the transmission has to downshift simultaneously. My guess is there is a discrepency between the "drive by wire" throttle actuator and the transmission controller, almost like it's trying to decide what to do. I am taking it into the dealer and I know exactly what is going to happen, "Cannot reproduce customer complaint" after driving it around the block. I was hoping someone might have some insight for me, would like to have some ammo going in.

Also power is a bit dissapointing until about 3000 rpm then it pulls like a freight train. It seems like the transmission is incorrectly calibrated. You have to get the truck to downshift no matter if you are just liesurley taking of from a stop light or just normal acceleration from say 40 to 50 mph.

Any help is appreciated.
