I have 155K on my truck and was wondering were the fuel filter is and how hard it is to replace. It is the original one so I thought I should replace it.

If yours is like mine.....It's about even with the handle on the driver door on the inside of the frame. In other words, lay down under the driver side of the truck about even with the door handle and look on the inside of the frame rail. Should be slightly smaller than a can of soup. Hope this helps. Oh yeah, they have different connectors on different years. Do a search for fuel filter here. Pretty indepth.

 

Thanks I will look there when I get off work. Is it hard to change? I did a fuel filter search before I posted and spent about an hour looking for something and never found anything that helped. That is why I started a new post.
