Stalls out when I stop when the ac is off?

very odd . If i have the ac on it runs fine. But because i have a broken blender...sometimes i have to turn the ac off to let it turn back so that i can have ac again. But only when i have the ac off.....ill come to a stop light...it runs fine idling for about 15sec...then it its starts to get jumpy and rev up and die. But if i have the ac on it doesnt do that...and it doesnt run rough when im driving at all just when im sitting still.

This may be caused by cold condensate from the A/C system dripping onto the Heated Exhaust Gas Oxygen (HEGO) sensor causing thermocycling of the HEGO sensor.

Divert water from dripping onto the sensor by installing a fabricated drain tube to the end of the A/C drain. This should reroute the water and reduce the possibility of the above conditions occurring.

I would suspect that it's an IAC issue since the problem only occurs if the A/C is OFF, not ON. The computer-commanded valve position is going to be different for each condition and I suspect there's some valve wear or binding of the valve while in the position that the computer has commanded for the A/C OFF @ idle postion.
