Hey, for those of you using Amsoil: Do you get the XLF or the ASL version? I'm assuming you're running 5W-30, since that's what the manual says. Anyway, those are the two flavors that Amsoil puts out in that weight.

I use the 0W-30 severe service oil. Good for 35K with OA. I change once a year about 12 - 15K. 94K trouble free miles so far. 17MPG highway.
