My dealership says it needs to be done at 30K and every 30K after that. I forget what the manual says. I have heard anthing from 30K to 100K. I am doing mine soon and I am at 55K.

Supposedly they are good for 100K miles. Personally, I think anything over 30-40K miles on a set of plugs is just stupid (as I sit at 60K and have been trying to get a free weekend to change them). If you are unsure, then change them.

I just did mine this weekend (new plugs and wires) because it started stuttering and felt weak when accelerating. I didn’t change them for the past 56,000 miles (im at 112,000 now) and all of the plugs were at almost twice the gap as they were supposed to. It was not an easy task, as the back plugs are almost impossible to get to. But I got it done and the difference is AMAZING. 3-4 hours of work and I got all the power back. It now accelerates and tows just like the day I bought it.
