2000 F150 ign. coil 30A fuse blown

2000 F150 ign. coil 30A fuse blown
I blow a 30A ign. coil fuse, which shut me down. I tempory put wiper fuse in and truck started up, but skips. I think I also blow a COP. I tryed ohming out COP's, but all were good. Does anyone know how to check them out without having to pay ford dealer $110 on their computer?

1. Which engine?
2. What was the fuse # that blew?
3. Do you have a SES/CEL? If so, need to have it scanned for the codes.
