302 timing set

I was at maryland international raceway a few weeks ago and i saw a 302 motor on display and i noticed the timing set that was on it was different. It looked like one of those Jesel belt drives except it was a billet steel double roller. What i mean i guess is that it was a adjustable timing set with the four bolts in the cam sprocket and the 10* +/- marks. Every other set i've seen is the different keyway crank sprocket or the hex adjust in the cam sprocket dowel. Does anyone have any information on this piece, who makes it, etc???? If i had a choice that would be the timing set i want, i just don't know anything about it, i've looked and searched on the internet and none of the big companies make it, (comp or crane) so hopefully one of ya'll have seen or heard about it.
