i went to autozone today to have my check engine light checked, and it said my front left 02 sensor is bad, so i bought a new one and gonna install it sometime today. Ive never done this so if anyone has any helpful hints or tips they would be much appreciated.

Bottom line - the right tools, patience, and prep & you'll be fine.

Note that the front o2's are a relatively frequent maintenance item ( 30-50k) - do not beleive the manual...
