need help on fuel filter removal

ok so i pussed out on the hack saw deal and took it up to a local jiffy lube that said they would do it for 20$. And they hacksawed it off and replaced it LOL.

Finally!
What I do is,every oil change I spray the clips with Deep Creep.Its part of my oil change maintenance.I also lube the door hinges,spray in the doors where the dome light/ajar switches are,grease the front end with a grease needle.....you see where i'm going here.If you keep the fuel filter clips lubed you might not have this problem again.

thats true, but in this case whoever put on the old filter put on the wrong size, thus making it impossible to insert the quick disconnect tool..
