What are the differences in a stock 00 Lightning motor vs. stock 5.4 02 internally. I am doin a build up of a 00 Lightning motor and want to port and polish my PI heads and maybe replace cams. I want to achieve at least 450hp at the motor. What else is recommended other than also upping boost and tuning.

 

The crank and the rods i think are the only differences between the 2 engines. Ohhh of course theres the little matter of the blower
