I have read that a lot of model year 2005 5.4 L ford engines have a cam phaser (?) issue. I have a 2006, F-150 with 1000 miles on it. It has a sharp, distinct tat-tat-tat sound that is quite audible in the cab in low rpms, whether the engine is hot or cold. Should I be concerned ???
