First....how important are the plastic hat looking things on the bottom of the injectors? Some of mine are cracked around the lip part of the hat. The bottoms.(where the gas is sprayed through) are ok though and I'm currently experiencing no problems. Second.. Is it possible to swap mine (4.6) and put in 5.7. Both seem to be the same size so will I get more out of it or am I wasting time? thanks gang

 

5.4 and 4.6L stock use the same 19lb injectors just be sure that the connector is the same on the injector so ur not swaping out the injector harness
