occasional carbon blow out at startup

just got my 05 screw 5.4L about a month ago. I had it for 2 weeks and had an injector go bad, ever since it will blow out carbon when I start the engine up. It doesnt happen all the time maybe 1 out of 5 starts. I took it back to the dealer once, they said there was nothing wrong, took it back again and it never would do it for them to see (figures). 3rd time back they replaced the o2 sensor and the catalytic convertor. and it still is doing it, so 4th time back the owner, sales manager, and service manager all look at the truck and say there is still nothing wrong with it. What should I do, TIA, sorry for the length.

give it an italian tune up and blow out any carbon. or run some B12 through the intake and that will clean up any carbon

Exclamation Dont feel bad..

My 06 had a F Injector go out as well. But I never really had any carbon problems. But this does big up a huge point!

Why the HE!! are brand new fords having engine issues already!! My injector went out at 7k miles!

Really starting to think the new 3V is a POS!

Problems happen in every vehicle out there. It's just a luck of the draw kinda thing.
