Upgrading injectors, which to get and what to do?

Hey guys,

I kinda overlooked this upgrade, but how about 24 lb injectors? Where and what brand, number etc. It is for a 2000 f-150 5.4L. I already have a Superchips chip, K&N filter and JBA exhaust to name a few. I take it I need a reflash on the chip if I do the injectors right? How do they perform and is it worth it? Will I be pissin' away money? Thanks all!

HI!... If your not making over 300H.P at the flywheel then you don't need to upgrade to 24LB injectors. 19LB injectors can support up to 304H.P at the flywheel at about 80% dutycycle. Larger injectors is not a mod to gain power. You upgrade when your current injectors are unable to provide enough fuel for the power level your at.

Cool, thaught it may be another option, but like a larger MAF, really unnecessary until later. Thanks, just heard it may be something to look into.
