more power
I have a stock 96 f150, what would be the best way or some good ways to get more hp out of her?

Headers, cat-back system, intake, install some electric fans, 160-180 degree thermostat. there are tons of things you can do to that truck. Check out jegs and summit.

if u have the option sell it and buy an 06 ha if not i would do afi or volant intake ( a whole exhaust system, tuner, e fans, underdrive pullies.

do u have a 302 or 351 in it? if so put some high flowing head on it...

get some better breathing heads and different intake manifold and some long tube headers.
