eco fuel system

has anyone heard of these? They say they help your fuel economy and i read on another forum that they do actually work. I was just wondering if anyone has had any personal experience with these.

I have installed one of those "ECO" ionizers on a diesel genset at work, so I can only vouch for what it did there. First, it is an inline fuel canister that ionizes the fuel. The diesel is an inline 6 K-19 running @ 1800 rpm's. It had a very very little effect on saving fuel on this application for the 3 years it was on there. IMHO just another "snake oil" remedy. We took it off.
