can you put roller lifters and cam into a 302 that doesnt have roller lifters and roller cam basically can i put the roller lifters and cam into another 302 that is conventional?

 

you can get a kit to convert the valley so it will hold in the roller lifters.
most roller cams have a different firing order to a 302 also so the injector harness and plug wires will need to be moved. most roller cams have a 351W order. 13726548.

Your opening a can of worms. The 302 efi is a different setup from a Mustang.
