Is there any way i can replace my timing chain with a gear drive? Is that even possible with this engine and year of truck?

HI!... NOPE! It wouldn't be benificial due to you would have to run multiple stacked gears to get from the crank gears to the cam gears. This alone would cause WAY more drag on the engine and you would actually lose H.P/TQ.
