Does anyone know...

About the bulb on the edge of my mirror for the signal?

Ok, I have a 2001' Supercrew F150 Lariat and my drivers side bulb blinks when I signal, but my passenger side doesnt and I went to O'Reillys, Autozone and Advanced and they couldnt find what I was talking about. One guy said it might be a fuse blown, but I seriously doubt that.

Does anyone have any advice on how to go about changing that bulb, and if so, when I go into the parts house, what do I classify this as because they tried looking up turn signal bulbs but the mirror never came about???

It's the little red lens on the outside of my mirror.

Consult your 2001 Owner's manual. It is listed there in the Maintenance and Care section.

Download from www.fleet.ford.com if you don't have one.

The parts retailers don't have complete listings, just the common stuff.

If all else or you're too lazy to RTFM, call a dealer parts department.

Thanks man, I'm here at work, but another guy on here referred me as to the way of going about changing it. I'll try that and if all else fails (typical man) I'll read the manual...........
