1990 F150 fuel delivery problem

Hello, I have a 1990 F150 4.9 Strait six. I drove it home and put it in park then it just died. didnt think much of it then, Went to start it the next morning and it turned right over then diead about 15 seconds later and I have had nothing since. It will turn over but It seems that there is no fuel going to the engine. When you turn the key over I still hear that buzz, from the fuel pump but still nothing. I'm not very mechanically inclined but do have some basic wisdom, If anyone has any ideas please let me know.

Thanks

-Daniel

You need to get an EFI fuel pressure gauge, and see what the pressure reads with the key on, running, and see how fast the pressure bleeds down when you turn the key off. Try and get those numbers, and we can go from there.
