what rpm should be on a straight six standard

Smile what rpm should be on a straight six standard

i just replaced the brake booster on a 250 it was easier than i thought it only took 20 min not bad now the rpms are 900 or should it be lower than that on a standard straight six

i believe its around 650 to 700 rpms

Sounds like you have a small vacuum leak.

Pull the hose off the new booster, block it with your finger. If the idle settles down the booster is leaking.
