Depends on what engine, but if it's a 5.4, my F150 says it takes 25 qts total capacity. That's about 6 gallons. I've got the "tow package" which was supposed to have this "super cooling" deal. I know I've got the two core rad and the additional oil cooler hoses running to the oil filter adapter on the block, if that's what this "super cooling" thing was??
I have been able to put in 3 gallons of 100% AF. This pretty much filled it to the reservoir. After I ran it for a little bit, I topped it off with some 50/50 mix and have called it good.
