How Much Horsepower...1/8 mile

I have a 2001 F150 supercrew 5.4L (4x4). I noticed that stock this car runs a 10.5 stock, in the 1/8 mile. I am more concerned with the 1/8 mile because they have a track near my house. I was thinking of doin the following mods, to get my truck a little quicker, and i was wondering if anyone knew how much horsepower they would add (to the wheels) and also what i might run at an 1/8 mile track...I'd love to **** off some ricers.

KN intake
Full Exhuast headers and all
Superchips Micro Tuner
Throttle Body spacer

I have also heard of people adding nitrous to the intake making it cold, tell me if this is also a good idea.

One more thing, how much of a hassle would it be to swap a lightning motor into the supercrew???

Get an xcal2 tuned by Mike Troyer instead of a superchips. Throttle body spacers are junk - dont waste your money. I would also consider e-fans and underdrives.

My truck ran a 10.8 stock (1200ft track elevation and about 80 degrees). With just a tuner ONLY set to 93 performance, I ran a 10.3. I put an airaid intake and catback magnaflow and ran 10.2's. I now run 9.5's (altitude corrected is 9.3) and hope to run 9.2-9.3 when I drop in that intercooler that Roush is offering...

Oh and nice to see a fellow NC'er!

I have the Powerdyne throttle body spacer and I really noticed the power increase! So not all tb spacers are junk mine worked.

the intake manifold has a natural swirl effect.. the only thing u might gain from the TBS is making the plenum longer by an inch will give u slightly more low end torque but nothing u will really notice.. i had one on for about a year took it off and noticed a really good bit of difference

throttle body is worthless. gears (aside from a supercharger) are gonna be your best mod for 1/8th, then tuner and prolly pulley.
