MSD wires are 40-50ohm... and look better and have a better boot design they actually snap onto the plugs veery well. and id go with some NGK irridium plugs... they last a long time and give u a good spark

OEM wires and Autolite Double Plat. have worked great for me. Replaced both when the truck started missing bad, and NO problems 10k miles later.

The OEM stuff apparently worked pretty well for you, why change?

Johngs does have a good point.

Im running Autolite Double Platinums with JBA PowerCables right now and they are working great.
Cheaper than the stock Motorcraft stuff also, which cost an arm and a leg.
If I remember correctley it would have cost around 300 bucks to replace the plugs/wires with Motorcraft stuff, and I went the Autolite/JBA route and it cost me around 160 bucks. About half.
