80,000KM maintenance Question

I'm new to this forum, hello to all.....:-)

I've just recently decided to keep my 2000 f150 and besides regular
oil changes at 5000km which I've been doing religiously, is there
anything that REALLY needs to be looked at from a maintenance point of view for this vehicle with only 80,000 km on the clock (KM because I'm in Canada of course)

Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Spartan.

Service transmission and filter, rear diff, transfer case if 4 X 4, new air filter, inspect ball joints and tie rod ends replacing if worn, inspect brakes, flush brake fluid.

That should keep it going for awhile.

At only 80k km (about 49K miles), O2 sensors and plugs aren't worth replacing unless causing problems. 80K MILES, OTHOH....
