Engine stalls every blue moon

Been having a problem recently with my 99 F150 stalling out when idling. 3 times in the past 6 months (twice in the past 2 weeks though). Here's all the info I can offer that seems relevant:

Only happens when tank is 1/3 full or less. I've had the tank at 1/3 or less quite often so not sure if this is a big factor.

Engine will turn over fine after stalling but doesn't seem to be getting the gas to start. I.E. it starts but dies immediately.

After about 20 minutes the engine starts right up and runs fine. I can drive for a long time after it happens with no problems when coming to another stop.

I'm cleaning IAC now but want to pick your minds incase it may be something else.

sounds like the same thing that happened in my truck and my moms 5.4 expedition dirty throttle body take off the throttle body housing and just spray in some carburator cleaner and scruub it with a tooth brush it will take between a hour and a day after a scrub to clear itself out but then it runs good as new.

Clean the TB and run some SeaFoam through it, do a search on here for Seafoam and you will find all that you need to know about the amazing stuff that it is.
