Have a 2000 4.6 L that has a code of po 1549 cmtv, what is it? The overdrive light blinks constant. When you put the truck in gear it bucks and will hardly move. help!

 

The code as per the internet is: Intake Manifold Control Circuit Malfunction. I really have no idea as to what else is happening to your truck.

There are two valves in the back of the intak called 'Intake Runner Control Valves'. Do a search for these. I don't know a lot about them, but I do know that they can get stuck in one position or the other. Or hopefully you just have a broken wire somewhere in the circuit. I'm sure Quitin or Bluegrass will be along shortly and can tell you more.

 

Clear something up.
The code is for a V6 engine. ( intake manifold control circuit malfunction bank B)
What engine do you have? Is 4.6 an error and should be 4.2?
The trans flash is most likely a second problem and needs a higher level scanner to get the trans code.
