My friend has been looking around for an F150 5.4 litre engine, and has found a couple (one being a Lightning engine s/c), how tough would it be swapping out the engines? Would it be an easy job, or a nightmare? I'm hoping to give him some good advice, so he can decide how to proceed.

PS: He has a '98 f-150 Ext cab with a 4.6 litre engine.
