Changing out my COIL - 1999 V6 4.2 liter

Would changing out the coil on my truck be EZ to do? When i had a mechanic looking at my truck the other day about something else, he said he'd do it for 25 bucks. Which is probably a fair deal, but if its something ez, i might as well do it and learn a little. Plus a motorcraft coil is like 120 bucks, if i can save 25 bucks and do it myself, i would like to.

Its the black box looking thing that my wires plug into on top of my motor correct? There is an electrical plug and 4 screwes holding it in is that all?

Is this a job a Beginner could do?
