2000 f150 5.4.
getting a misfire code for cylinder #7. Is this passenger side back cylinder? the misfire is intermitent, would the cop be the most likely thing causing this?

Try this. What some do is Swap the coil to the other side to see if the misfire code moves to the new location. While you have the coil off pull the plug and have a look at it. If they have not been changes in the last 50k I would change the plugs.
