vacuum lines

I have a 1986 F150, 302 EFI. I just put a new engine in over the summer. I have 2 vac lines that comes out of the throttle body next to the air bypass valve and go into one line. I can't figure out where the other end of this line connects. Any help would be great....

I also have a problem with acceleration. I can take off just fine, but the engine wont accelerate. When I accelerate the engine just falls flat. It is still running but it has no power and backfires thru the intake and when I plug up the egr valve it runs worse. I have put on all new vacuum lines. I have put all new sensors on the engine. new fuel pumps, plugs, plug wires, cap, rotor, distributor. I had the same problem before I changed the engine. The only thing I didn't change was the injectors.

Thanks
Bennie

Does the new engine have a pcv valve (i'm not familiar with that engine).. if so it may go there.
